Super cozy family room! It had air conditioning, a kitchen with a microwave, and even a Nintendo switch. The onsen and sauna were so relaxing. Staff were super helpful too! They drove us to Furano station for our early checkout which was a sweet surprise.

The staff impressively facilitated a doctor visit during a quick emergency and went out of their way to ensure I had dinner when I needed it. Enjoying the in-house onsen helped me unwind after a long day. On the downside, the small room size felt a bit cramped and the lack of on-site dining options limited my choices. Additionally, a few noise disturbances came from outside, disrupting my peace occasionally.

We had an awesome time with friends at the chalet! The shuttle service was so handy to take us to the ski lifts and back every day. Plus, we loved the onsen and cozy common areas where we enjoyed some drinks and made new friends. Definitely recommend exploring the lavender fields nearby.

The private bathroom was a bit cramped, especially for taller folks. It would be nice if there were more space to move around comfortably.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the chalet! It was perfect for our family with a little kid. The spacious layout made it easy for everyone to relax. Plus, being near the ski slopes and local eateries added excitement during our trip.

My wife says that more staff support would be helpful for families.
